NEW APPOINTMENTS
For new appointments, I require a $100 deposit in order to hold your appointment. This amount will be debited immediately upon payment. You must pay the remaining balance during your scheduled appointment. If you would like to reschedule your appointment, please give me a call or messaging me any time up to 3 days (72 hours) before your appointment.
ARRIVAL TIME & LATE ARRIVALS
Please aim to arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. If you are more than 20 minutes late, I reserve the right to cancel your appointment and your deposit will not be refunded.
If your service is cancelled due to your late arrival, you will be charged the cancellation fee for the services you booked (See Cancellation Fee schedule below).
CANCELLING OR CHANGING YOUR APPOINTMENT
Appointments happening within the next 72 hours may not be rescheduled. If you need to cancel your appointment with 72 hours, your deposit will not be refunded. You will receive a text and email approximately 7 to 10 days prior to your appointment. Out of respect for our artist and their time, you must confirm your appointment a minimum of 72 hours in advance. Appointments that are not confirmed at least 72 hours before they are scheduled will be canceled due to no confirmation. If you, or another person in your household, has an infectious or contagious illness, please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment for a later date. There is no penalty or time frame required in this case, for your safety and that of other clients.
